MegaUVBLight is a small Tennessee store that sells one thing: the four Mega-Ray mercury vapor UVB bulbs — 70W, 100W, 160W and 275W. We don’t sell fixtures, tubes or general reptile supplies, and we don’t carry other bulb brands.
Mega-Ray bulbs are made in Germany to the original Mega-Ray design and shipped to you from Mega-Ray’s US distributor. We hold no inventory, so your bulb comes from the distributor’s current stock.
We only make claims we can show you
UV Guide UK measured a self-ballasted Mega-Ray at −15% UVB after a year and −17% after 18 months of daily use (F. Baines, 2006); the 100W and 160W were rated for all four Ferguson zones in the peer-reviewed BIAZA UV-Tool (JZAR, 2016). Links to both reports are on every product page.
