Return and Refund Policy

This Return and Refund Policy (“Policy”) applies to all purchases made through https://megauvblight.com/ (“Website”), operated by Dido Media LLC DBA MegaUVBLight (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

1. Warranty Coverage

All products purchased through our Website come with a limited six (6) month warranty from the date of purchase. The warranty covers manufacturing defects and malfunctions under normal use conditions.

2. Return Eligibility

Returns and exchanges are only accepted for products that are:

  • Under the active warranty period (within 6 months of purchase)
  • Accompanied by valid proof of purchase
  • Determined to have a manufacturing defect or malfunction

3. Return Requirements

To process a warranty claim, customers must provide:

  1. A copy of the original purchase receipt showing:
    • Date of purchase
    • Product wattage and quantity
    • Seller’s information
    • Customer’s shipping address
  2. A detailed description of the defect or malfunction
  3. Photos or video evidence of the issue, if applicable

4. Return Process

  2. Submit all required documentation as specified in Section 3
  3. Wait for approval of your warranty claim
  4. Upon approval, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
  5. Ship the product back to: Dido Media LLC

Note: Please clearly mark your RMA number on the outside of the package.

5. Shipping Costs

  • Customer is responsible for returned shipping costs.
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring proper packaging to prevent damage during return shipping
  • The Company is not responsible for items damaged or lost during return shipping

6. Replacement Process

  • Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, we will process your warranty replacement
  • Replacement products will be shipped within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item
  • You will receive tracking information once the replacement product has been shipped

7. Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or improper installation
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Modifications or repairs made by unauthorized persons
  • Damage caused by accidents, natural disasters, or power surges
  • Products purchased from unauthorized sellers
